Matcha Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules for using Matcha, a personal AI wellness assistant operated by Yildiz Labs AB. By using Matcha, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Matcha is operated by Yildiz Labs AB. In these Terms, "Matcha," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Yildiz Labs AB and the Matcha product and services.

2. Using Matcha

Matcha is a personal AI wellness assistant that may provide planning support, reminders, coaching, and personalized recommendations through messaging channels and connected services.

You are responsible for the information you provide, the services you choose to connect, and the decisions you make based on Matcha's suggestions.

You must use Matcha only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service, harm other people, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.

3. Health and wellness information

Matcha is intended for informational, planning, and lifestyle support purposes only. Matcha is not a medical provider, diagnostic service, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice.

Do not use Matcha for medical emergencies. If you need urgent medical help, contact emergency services or a qualified medical professional.

You should speak with a qualified professional before making health, medication, treatment, training, nutrition, or safety decisions that could materially affect your wellbeing.

4. Accounts and access

Some Matcha features may require an account, a verified contact method, or access through messaging services such as iMessage or Telegram.

You are responsible for keeping your account and device access secure. If you believe someone has accessed Matcha through your account or device without permission, contact us as soon as possible.

5. Connected services

Matcha may allow you to connect third-party services such as health platforms, activity services, calendars, messaging providers, and wearable integrations.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Matcha is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or the information they provide.

You can stop using connected services or request disconnection support by contacting us.

6. Messages and content

You retain responsibility for messages, requests, files, and other content you send to Matcha.

You give Matcha permission to process that content, along with relevant connected-service data, to operate the service, generate responses, provide reminders, personalize recommendations, and improve reliability and safety.

You must not send content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or intended to misuse the service.

7. AI-generated output

Matcha uses AI systems to generate responses and recommendations. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suited to your specific situation.

You should review Matcha's suggestions before relying on them, especially when they involve health, safety, spending, scheduling, travel, or other important decisions.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using Matcha, you also agree that we may process information as described in that policy.

9. Changes to the service

Matcha may change, suspend, or stop parts of the service at any time. We may also add, remove, or change features as the product develops.

We may limit or suspend access if we believe these Terms have been violated, if use creates risk for Matcha or others, or if required by law.

10. Disclaimers

Matcha is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every response will be accurate, complete, or useful for your circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yildiz Labs AB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limitation.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date and take additional steps when appropriate.

Your continued use of Matcha after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
